How do you ship?

All orders are shipped via USPS and tracked electronically. Once your order has been shipped you will receive your USPS tracking number.

How long does it take for orders to arrive?

Depending on your location we estimate shipping transit times to take 5-7 business days after you place your order. International shipments outside of the US take from 2-3 weeks. Please note that this is only an estimate and in rare instances orders may take more or less time to be shipped.

Do you ship internationally? 

My Resolution Lab ships to Canada and Mexico. Please note that My Resolution Lab is not responsible for import duty & customs, so please make sure that the product you order is in compliance with your country's regulation.

Are there any hidden fees? 

Absolutely not. Shipping charges are based upon weights which is calculated at checkout before you complete your order. Shipping usually costs a flat rate fee of $4.95 but can increase up to $10.95 for heavier orders. For the States of Texas and Georgia there is a Sales Tax. For International shipments, the cost is calculated dynamically by USPS. Please note prices are listed in USD.

How do I cancel/manage my subscriptions?

1. Click on My Account located in the top navigation bar

2. Click on manage subscriptions in the top left hand corner

3. Here you can edit your subscriptions, where you can choose to change the quantity, add more products, or cancel

How often will I receive my subscription?

For all of our products on our website, we have both a one month option and a three month option. For the one month, you will receive your vitamins every month, or 30 days to be precise. That's why there are exactly 30 days worth of vitamins in each bottle, so that each bottle lasts exactly the right time for you until the next order arrives. For the three months options, the quantity of pills is triple the one month options, and you are only billed once three months. The three month options also come at a higher value than the standard one month options.

What if I move and need to change my address?

Hope you enjoy your new home! You can change your address at anytime in your account.

Will I get an email before you ship?

Yes, we will email you a few days before your shipment with a tracking number. You will also receive e-mails confirming your subscription and/or confirming a cancellation.

What is your Refund policy?

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer a refund or a return on our products, unless the product is delivered broken or damaged, or we delivered the wrong product. In these specific cases, we will cover the shipping cost to ensure you have the correct product from My Resolution Lab.
